Pine Ridge Cemetery was established in 1858 by Judge James Birney III and it includes the graves of numerous Bay City pioneers and at least 200 Civil War veterans. In recent years, the cemetery has been known as "Historic Pine Ridge," but is now renamed "Soldiers Rest." Join local historian Eric Jylha to dig into the past of this historic resting ground and meet the occupants. After the tour, we will have lunch at Krzysiak's House (1605 Michigan Ave.) Local adventure includes guided cemetery tour and lunch.
