Course Detail: WTAU150 - Integrated Controls

This 32-hour course introduces the fundamental principles needed to understand integrated control systems with a VFD, PLC, motors, and HMI. As a result of this course students will be able to program and document simple sequences inside the VFD, design, construct, and document a simple external VFD control panel, integrate VFD support using Studio 5000, and design, construct and document an integrated PLC, HMI, & VFD system.

Schedule: This is a hybrid, asynchronous course. Online content can be accessed anytime on Canvas, and labs will be scheduled directly with the instructors Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm. This course must be completed by 08/31/2025
