DESCRIPTION:Event Description:\n\nIntroduction to Building Commissioning\n\nThe Introduction to Building Commissioning (BCx) course introduces commissioning, its purpose, goals, and important role in the building process. Participants will learn the basics of the BCx process and common building systems, including applying the commissioning process, evaluating documentation, identifying system deficiencies, and communicating clearly to support teamwork.\n\nEvent Schedule:\n\nThis Hybrid Course requires both online and in-person coursework. Canvas access is available April 30, 2026, through June 27, 2026. In-person classes will held in MCPC120A each Tuesday beginning May 5, through June 23, 2026, from 6pm to 9pm and there will be three lab sessions on Thursdays June 11, 18, and 25, in pre-determined & announced partner locations.
