DESCRIPTION:Event Description:\n\nBuilding Automation Systems Fire & Alarm Systems\n\nBuilding Automation Systems (BAS) Fire and Alarm Systems course is one of four courses designed for entry-level building automation systems technicians.  Students will be introduced to how to read engineering plans for circuit plans for fire and alarm systems, understand the functions of security access and control systems, and know how security systems integrate with other building systems.\n\nEvent Schedule:\n\nSystem Description : WTBA 170 is the fourth of four courses that comprise SLCC's Level 1 BAS certificate. It meets Tuesday nights from 6-9:00pm in MCPC 120 on the Miller Campus in Sandy from 4/21/26 to 7/28/26.
