Learners will gain a comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce platform, including data management, security, automation, reporting, and user experience design. Emphasis is placed on aligning system configuration with organizational goals, improving productivity and collaboration, and supporting the full customer, sales, and support life cycles. By the end of the course, participants will be able to confidently apply Salesforce administrative skills in a professional environment and demonstrate readiness for certification.\n\nEvent Schedule:\n\nThis hybrid Salesforce Administrator training will run from September 4, 2026 to November 13, 2026. The in-person classes will be held each Friday from 9:00AM-12:00PM at the SLCC Larry H. Miller campus in the Miller Free Enterprise Center, Room 208 (LHM-MFEC-208).
