DESCRIPTION:Event Description:\n\nLineworker 4\n\nThis course is the last in a four-course sequence in the Line-worker Pre-Apprenticeship Program that will build upon the fundamental core knowledge gained in the first half of the program.  In this course, students will be taught the practical and hands-on skills needed as a Line-worker Apprentice covering topics such as Transmission Line Repair, Substations and Switchyards, and Relays.\n\nEvent Schedule:\n\nThis is the 4th and final Lineworker lab course. Class meets Monday through Friday from 5/13/2025 through 5/22/2025 in the Miller Electrical Training Pole Yard promptly at 7am for safety tailboard, and ends at 5:30PM. Classes may meet in Miller MCPC120A if weather prevents lab work.
