DESCRIPTION:Event Description:\n\nG.R.I.T. Business Academy \n\nG.R.I.T. Business Academy is a project based two (2) week-long "business boot camp" where middle and high school youth learn skills such as entrepreneurship, marketing, and economics from licensed business educators and experienced business owners. During the first week, the students are engaged in the needed instruction to run a successful business. The students are also provided a snack and time to interact with their peers and mentors. During the last week of the academy, students use the skills they have learned in their own mock businesses.
