In this four-hour course, learn how Enrole supports registrations through your Enrole Shopping Cart site, through Enrole Home by your in-house staff, through File Imports, and through the Enrole Client Portal for contract training. This course focuses on the first two of these methods and gives a brief introduction to File Imports and the Client Portal. Shopping Cart topics include the user experience of creating a profile, logging in, searching the course catalog, registering and paying, reviewing order history, and requesting unofficial transcripts. Enrole Home topics include in-house registrations and changes such as cancellations, transfers, adjustments, and substitutions. Also in Enrole Home, you will learn to use search features, create a person or company, add people and sessions to a cart, view and complete a cart to create registrations, enter payments for existing registrations, and use Enrole Reporting to monitor all aspects of your registrations. You will get a brief overview of how Enrole File Imports and the Enrole Client Portal can streamline the process of adding registrations to your system.
