Biography: Regina is a seasoned trainer and course developer leading the Customer Success team with over 25 years of experience in Higher Education. Before joining Entrinsik in 2019, Regina worked supporting Ellucian's Colleague Student System and other Student System applications. Regina holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning. Originally from Guatemala, she now lives in South Florida with her husband Ricardo and three grown children.

The focus is on setting up Teams, Users, Role Permissions, Mapping Sets, Sharing Datasources and Datasets. This class is geared toward Informer Administrators.
