• Review Enrole staff user Tasks
• Review Courses and Sessions newly displayed and pending for Shopping Cart display
• Review Registration List and Waitlist reports to monitor upcoming Sessions
• Review Session reports to monitor profits, transactions, and instructor assignments
• Review audit history as needed
• Identify and merge duplicate Persons and Companies
• Check for API exceptions
• Check for email blocks, bounces, and complaints
• Review participant progress toward Certificate Program awards
