Course Detail: EFIN101 - Enrole - Managing Money Matters

This two-hour course will prepare you to process all types of payments, adjustments, and refunds in Enrole. Topics include payment types, options and vocabulary related to payments, and the user experience with payments in the Shopping Cart site. Using Enrole Home, you will learn how to enter payments during registration and handle cases such as post-registration payments, cancellations, transfers, adjustments, refunds, and cash on account. You will also learn how to use Enrole Reporting to follow general ledger transactions and all aspects of payments and refunds in Enrole.
