Course Detail: I5ROADNCCCS - Informer 5 Roadshow - Basics to Advanced for NC Community Colleges
Join us for an in-person 3 day training catered exclusively to North Carolina Community Colleges. This training is offered in segments: Day 3 is an optional add-on.
Day 1:
Gain a foundational understanding of setting up Informer. Participants will learn to set up the following core features of Informer:
- Fundamentals of Informer
- Setup Datasources
- Secure Mappings and Fields
- Build Teams and Users
- Designing Queries
Day 2:
Learn how to automate processes using jobs and how to build visuals and dashboards to share content. Day 2 will comprise of the following topics:
- Using Jobs and Creating Visuals and Reports
- Creating and Using Jobs
- Interacting with Queries and Reports
- Configuring Visuals and Reports
Day 3:
Learn the basics of JavaScript to extend their reporting capabilities by adding Calculated Fields and Power Scripts. Calculated Fields use query data, literal values, or other data to do calculations but that is not all they do. Flow Steps allow participants to add new Fields and modify existing ones based on results from the Query or user input.
