In this class, we will discuss the history of abstract art, artistic skills and techniques, personal interpretation, and other perspectives to learn about various styles and movements in the 20th and 21st centuries. Through lecture and conversation, students will be given information and skills to assist with appreciating abstract art, including paintings and sculpture.
