FIELD TRIP In this class we will make a classic Shrimp and Grits, a Charleston staple, with creamy stone ground grits. Okra Stew is a hallmark of Gullah Cuisine developed in the coastal Carolinas and Georgia merging West and Central African cooking techniques with local ingredients. Buttermilk pie is creamy and tangy and with a Benne seed Crust, couldn't be more Charleston. Fees for this class are non-refundable.
