Biography: Casey Roonan is an illustrator, cartoonist, and art educator from Fairfield, Connecticut and currently based In Brooklyn, NY. His work includes editorial illustrations for the online non-fiction publication Narratively, where he served as Contributing Illustrator from 2016 to 2018. In 2015 he collaborated with former RISD Professor Clara Lieu and Thomas Lerra from WGBH Public Broadcasting to develop ArtProf: a free, online educational platform for visual arts. Since 2017 he has worked as an instructor at RISD|CE, teaching Drawing and Design Foundations at RISD Pre-College as well as adult Illustration and Comics courses.
