Through the study of influential photographers from both the past and present, participants will develop a deeper understanding of visual storytelling, composition, lighting, and conceptual approaches to image-making.</font></div><div><font face="Tahoma" size="4"><br></font></div><div><font face="Tahoma" size="4">Students will explore how photographers use technique and perspective to communicate ideas, evoke emotion, and create meaning. Emphasis will be placed on developing a unique artistic voice, encouraging participants to move beyond conventional imagery and experiment with subject matter, style, and process.</font></div><div><font face="Tahoma" size="4"><br></font></div><div><font face="Tahoma" size="4">Throughout the course, students will actively produce their own photographic work. Regular image-sharing sessions will provide opportunities for thoughtful critique, group discussion, and constructive feedback in a supportive environment. These discussions are designed to help students refine their vision, strengthen technical skills, and build confidence in presenting their work.</font></div><div><font face="Tahoma" size="4"><br></font></div><div><font face="Tahoma" size="4">All types of cameras are welcome, including smartphones; however, the use of a DSLR or mirrorless camera is recommended for greater creative control.
