He has worked as a Quality Engineer, Launch Project Manager, Value Stream Operations Manager, Quality Manager, Supplier Development Specialist, Continuous Improvement Manager, Value Stream Coach, and Lean Consultant and Trainer.In addition, Dane holds certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, and Quality Assurance.
