Discussions include tasting techniques, winemaking practices, varietals, and regions. Each class includes wine tastings and small chef-selected food samples. Experience the atmosphere of Fort Wayne's own Copper Spoon (formerly "Wine Down Tastings and Tapas") at this On Location wine class. Gain knowledge from our instructor and sommelier, David Friend, as you learn to look beyond the label when choosing your next wine. Class includes instructor-provided reference materials.

David has been in the wine industry for many years working in various areas including winemaking, viticulture, and sales. He has also attained several advanced wine certifications from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. His wine knowledge and experience bring a unique and well-rounded classroom experience.
