Dan Kane
Dan Kane is a Ph.D. student in the School of Forestry and Environmental Studies at Yale University in Dr. Mark Bradford's lab. His research focuses on rapid quantification of soil carbon at landscape scales, how and where soil organic matter could be managed to mitigate the effects of climate change on agricultural productivity, and the mechanisms by which carbon becomes stabilized in soils. He is also the lead researcher on Quick Carbon (www.quickcarbon.org).
