A successful pollinator garden must provide appropriate food and habitat for a diverse array of species, including bees, beetles, butterflies,moths, birds, and even pollinating flies. Explore best practices for attracting and supporting our native pollinators, as well as which native plants they need. Learn to select the right plant species for particular pollinators, such as Monarda didyma for hummingbirds or Monarda fistulosa for bumblebees.

Instructor:	Kim Eierman, EcoBeneficial Kim Eierman, EcoBeneficial Kim Eierman, EcoBeneficial Kim Eierman is an ecological landscape designer and environmental horticulturist specializing in native plants. She is the founder of EcoBeneficial LLC based in Westchester County, NY. Kim teaches at New York Botanical Garden, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, The Native Plant Center, and Massachusetts Horticultural Society. An active speaker nationwide on many ecological landscape topics, Kim also provides horticultural consulting and landscape design to residential, municipal, and commercial clients. Kim is the author of The Pollinator Victory Garden: Win the War on Pollinator Decline with Ecological Gardening.
