Lichens

Capture the subtle colors and nearly infinite texture of lichens. You'll explore their nature and history, and use dissecting microscopes to examine their minute detail. Learn to accurately render lichens irregular structures. We will also discuss how best to include the substrate in your work, be it tree bark, a fence post, or a boulder.
