Biography:

Dr. Mary Tuchscherer has been teaching in the area of Neuroscience for 37 years. She is also a practicing chiropractor, and so understands the context in which chiropractors need to understand the details of Neuroanatomy.

Dr T has taught at Northwestern since 1985 and has been the Chair of Basic Sciences in the Chiropractic College since 2000. She holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of MN Medical School has published papers in major international journals on peripheral pain pathways and is a 1991 graduate of Northwestern College of Chiropractic (NWCC). She has been named the Northwestern Professor of the Year four times.
