Course Detail: SDA1000 - School District Leadership Test Preparation Program

The School District Leadership (SDL) Preparation Program at Molloy University is a three-week course designed to help aspiring district leaders succeed on the NYS SDL Certification Exam. The program includes nine asynchronous modules (3 per week) using Canvas, covering governance, law, instructional leadership, operations, community engagement, and equity, plus three live review sessions with mini-lessons and hands-on activities using Zoom. Participants will use case studies, guided readings, and practice questions to build the knowledge and confidence needed to lead their districts effectively.
