Course Detail: LG2120 - Contract Law (1 Cr)

LG 2120 Contract Law. This course provides the student with the necessary foundation to develop a general understanding of the law of contracts, including types of contracts and the elements of a contract. The content and meaning of contract language is explored. Students learn about the capacity of various parties to enter into contracts, about the defenses that can be raised, and the remedies offered to these who have suffered damages due to a contractual breach. 1 credit
