This 2-hour course will discuss Electric Safety and what entails a proper inspection. Electrical Malfunctions that Might Occur and How to Remedy Them during the Inspection will be discussed along with terminology and report writing techniques for discoverable items. Electric Safety is the top priority of the Home Inspector. The Inspector is not only safe guarding his/her own life but that of all who are present at the time of the inspection. The knowledge and insight gained in this class will enable Home Inspectors to perform better inspections while reducing potential liabilities.
