This 3 hour course will serve as an introduction to Residential Green Building for Home Inspectors. Green building is a constantly developing field which is being promoted by organizations such as the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB Green). The basic concepts of Green Building will be discussed as it applies to systems and components observed and reported on by Home Inspectors.3 continuing education hours
