This 2-hour course will discuss Electrical Services and Electrical Panels and what entails a proper inspection. Requirements such as clearances, conductor materials and panel interior inspections will be discussed along with terminology and report writing techniques for discoverable items. Electrical panel inspections are one of the most important safety considerations undertaken during a Home Inspection. The knowledge and insight gained in this class will enable Home Inspectors to perform better inspections while reducing potential liabilities.
