The School Building Leadership (SBL) Preparation Program at Molloy University is a three-week course designed to help aspiring school leaders succeed on the NYS SBL Certification Exam. The program includes nine asynchronous modules (3 weeks) using Canvas, covering governance, school law, instructional leadership, operations, community engagement, and equity, plus three live review sessions with mini-lessons and hands-on activities using Zoom. Participants will use case studies, guided readings, and practice questions to build the knowledge and confidence needed to lead their schools effectively.
