This course will reinforce the electrical inspection and the proper reporting of issues observed. The more common defects will be discussed along with photos of actual observed conditions. All property and house electrical elements will be examined including garage, attic, and basement/crawls areas, service entrance, and distribution panel/sub-panel(s). This is an in-person course.
