Environmental Issues in Home Inspections: Asbestos, Lead, Mold & Water Quality (2 CE Hours)This 2 hour course will discuss environmental issues commonly encountered and dealt with during home inspections. These issues include asbestos, lead, mold and radon. Identification and inspection procedures will be discussed, as well as proper report writing techniques. This course is approved by New York State, Department of State, Division of Licensing Services for Home Inspector Continuing Education credit
