Licensing Law and Code of Ethics: Discussion for Home Inspectors- Part 2 (3 CEU'S) It is not necessary to take Part 1 before taking Part 2. There will be a class discussion of four questions led by the instructor to clarify the requirements of several aspects of the License Law and Code of Ethics. This is to help many inspectors who may not clearly understand the law's requirements and the inspector's responsibilities. The Part 2 course will have different questions from what were asked in Part 1.
