This four-day workshop will align your team to a guided process for innovation based on the Theory of Constraints. This workshop is an in-depth and practical guide to the principles that have led companies to amazing innovation. Rami Goldratt will take you through the steps of product and customer evaluation, focused value-adding, building a business model, and how to plan for execution. This guided approach makes innovation scalable for you and your organization.
This program will not just help you ideate your next breakthrough but will also help you build a business model and execution plan to bring the idea to reality and then reap benefits. This program will teach you tools & methods and a structured guided approach to adopt for every Innovation practice in your company. It is not just what you learn, but what you build through the program. At the end of the course participants leave with a complete kit to bring the breakthrough ideas and concepts alive.
Our goal for this workshop is organizational transformation. We believe that your organization will feel the greatest impact if you bring a team of innovation leaders. To that end, our fee for this workshop is assessed per company, not per attendee. Bring a team of innovation leaders from your organization for the fee of $6,000. Our recommendation is that 3-5 members from your organization attend.
