This beginners workshop is for those who are new to using a PC. Participants will learn how to navigate the Windows 10 operating system, identify the main parts of the desktop, distinguish between applications, files, and folders, how to manage and resize windows, and how to save files.

This workshop is for beginners who are new to using email or want to build more confidence using email. The email training will be using Gmail, one of the most common email platforms. Learners will create a Gmail account. They will also learn how to perform basic email functions, such as sending, receiving, and replying to email. Also, they will learn to recognize and deal with spam, organize and delete emails, and search for messages.
