"The Porch Basket" starts by weaving a woven, filledbase.  Techniques include setting up awoven base, tucking the spokes using the "chicken feet" method, twining, andshaping!  The basket is woven with a 7" x17" D handle.  An adorable embellishmentwith squirrels playing on a fence adorns the front of the basket. 

The basket in the picture is stained.  You will leave with your basket unstained,but staining techniques will be discussed in class.
