Course Detail: CEW-3003 - Watercolor Meditation

Watercolor Meditation provides a calm, supportive space for creative relaxation and mindful expression. Participants will explore watercolor painting as a meditative practice rather than a technical art class. A brief secular meditation and light stretching will help quiet the mind and ease into the creative process. Using simple watercolor techniques, participants will focus on nature-inspired themes, letting go of judgment and enjoying the act of putting paint to paper. This practice encourages stress reduction, self-reflection, and a sense of inner calm. Wear comfortable clothing and bring watercolor paints and brushes, a water container, a watercolor paper or journal, and a sack lunch. Some supplies will be provided if needed.
