Scot Brownrigg
Biography: Scot joined the KLETC instructional staff in July 2011 after serving over six years as the Anderson County Sheriff. He began his law enforcement career in 1995 as an Anderson County KS deputy sheriff. Following his employment with Anderson County, Scot worked for the Louisburg KS police department from 1997 - 1999 serving as a patrol officer, school resource officer and D.A.R.E. officer. In a brief absence from law enforcement, Scot entered the classroom as a high school teacher in USD 365, Garnett KS until his election in 2005 as the Anderson County Sheriff. Scot is a graduate of Emporia State University where he earned a BS degree in Education.
