Course detail: Leadership Live One-Day Workshop: Conflict Management - How to Disagree without All the Drama

Conflict can derail projects, relationships, and personal and organizational growth. Learning how to manage conflict effectively can promote constructive debate and become a value-adding asset for any organization. Topics to be covered in the program include:

  • Tools for Discussing Difficult Situations
