Course detail: Professional Leadership Coaching

Description
This is an individualized program of professional development that elicits insights and self-awareness for executives and emerging leaders who are striving to improve their leadership capabilities. Through a confidential relationship with Dr. Lee Stuart, certified executive coach, you will engage in an assessment of your personal and professional motivations and desires, your communication and decision-making styles, and how you are perceived by co-workers, clients, and others with whom you need successful relationships. A three-session minimum commitment is required. Note: This program is offered by appointment only. To learn more, please contact us at professionalprograms@ku.edu.

Outcomes
Each coaching relationship is designed to address the unique needs of the individual. In the first session, we develop 2-4 outcomes or success measures for the coaching relationship and design a plan to track progress.
