- The critical importance of non-verbal communication
- Why and how people buy
- The cognitive science of persuasion
- Speaking "mechanics"
- The distinction between presenting and negotiating
- Conducting and evaluating dialogues/presentations with groups of customers/internal audiences/organizational leadership
- Employees who in the sales field
- Middle managers, team leads, supervisors, and directors who are responsible for identifying needed changes and communicating such plans.
