Course Description:
In the third quarter of 2021, the Kansas Bureau of Investigation will be replacing the current offender DNA collection web-based system, or Prelog, with a new system called STACSDNA. This system will allow you to complete the DNA collection form electronically instead of manually. Additional benefits of the new web-based system include the ability to check if the offender has previously submitted DNA and to verify that the statute violation qualifies for DNA submission. Access to STACSDNA will be similar to Prelog and available to approved users. Prelog for offender DNA collection will no longer be accessible after this replacement.
