Course Detail: ONLN-9042 - Beer Brewing - An Intro to Fermentation Sciences

This online course is for anyone interested in learning more about the skills and techniques associated with beer brewing. Special focus will be placed on the chemistry and microbiology required for an entry level  brewing position in the beer industry. This 6 week curriculum covers the following topics: introduction to water chemistry; mashing; brewing; fermentation and finishing; and sustainable practices.
