Learn the history of how child abuse was addressed/treated, what signs professionals and others should be aware of, how to approach someone you feel is being abused and the effects of and treatments for child abuse.

Upon successful completion, participants will be awarded 2 continuing education contact hours for nurses, nursing home administrators, respiratory care technicians, occupational therapists, physical therapists, counselors, and social workers.
