You will also explore two tassel techniques: traditional yarn tassels and bead-accented tassels for an elegant finish. To finish the class, we will create "Art Scarves," a fun and creative way to use scrap yarn and design unique, gift-worthy pieces. Students should already be comfortable with chain (ch) and single crochet (sc) stitches and will expand their skills by learning the half double crochet (hdc). Students will need to supply one skein of Lion Brand Homespun Bulky Yarn in the color of their choosing and a size K crochet hook.
