Course Detail: FOOD.440 - Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification Exam Prep

Prepare and test for the ANSI-CFP Accredited Food Protection Manager Certification Examination. You'll review critical topics, including personal hygiene, time and temperature, cross-contamination, receiving and storage and food safety management systems. You'll also learn the basics of training hourly employees, as well as how to identify the causes of foodborne illness; identify and apply correct procedures for cleaning and sanitizing; recognize problems and potential solutions associated with the facility; identify proper equipment and layout; and understand the Illinois code related to food service establishments. Exam is held from 2-5 p.m. Note: This course is for food service managers.
