This seminar provides comprehensive training for individuals seeking to become baseball umpires at the youth, high-school and amateur levels. Students will learn the rules of baseball, how to apply them correctly, proper plate and base mechanics and how to manage real-game situations with confidence and professionalism. The training is designed to prepare students for immediate on-field work, and students will have access to opportunities to umpire games during and after the course through established partnerships with local leagues and assigners. Complete the umpiring training and earn back tuition in approximately 5-10 games.
