Complete this introductory 60-hour course, plus the 15-hour Advanced Real Estate Principles course (MGT 4310), to qualify and prepare for the Illinois Real Estate Broker License state examination. All required topics are covered, including license law, real property, agency, seller and buyer relationships, state and federal laws, marketing, market analysis, appraisal and contracts.
