Brenda Vanasdlen
Biography: Brenda VanAsdlen began her wellness career over 30 years ago as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. After discovering yoga 20 years ago, she earned her 500-hour Yoga Alliance Certification in 2021. She now teaches group, private and corporate classes as well as teacher trainings, workshops and continuing education courses. Brenda loves sharing yoga with both beginners and experienced students.
