Biography: Carrie Worthington is an experienced instructor, coach, and community leader with a passion for creativity, personal growth, and mental health advocacy. She has taught numerous public and private paper crafting classes, helping students discover the joy of creating beautiful, meaningful pieces by hand. Through her platform, The Feather's Edge, Carrie teaches personal development and mindset transformation, inspiring others to unlock new potential in their lives. 

Carrie also serves as Board President for NAMI Illinois, supporting education, training, and outreach that make NAMI's free mental health programs available statewide. Her professional background spans leadership, management, and process development - experience she now brings to her newest venture as Co-Founder and COO of The Roseworth Group, providing medical billing services for mental health professionals. 

Carrie believes learning should be engaging, encouraging, and confidence-building - whether students are crafting with paper or cultivating new skills for personal growth.
