 Biography: Josephine Mueller holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from Governors State University. Driven by a passion for diversity and public speaking, Josephine has built a distinguished career with the Social Security Administration as a Bilingual Public Affairs Specialist in the Chicagoland area. In this critical role, she is dedicated to educating the public about Social Security programs and benefits. 

Josephine's commitment to outreach and information sharing has earned her a platform on the Chicago Access Live Television Network for several years, and her presentations can also be found on YouTube. Through these channels, she has successfully promoted and informed communities throughout Chicagoland and across the nation about Social Security programs and resources.
