She is the founder of Preaisle, where she coaches engaged couples to build a solid foundation for their future marriage. Tonia is also the creator of The Five Core Desires, a framework designed to help people better understand what drives them as humans. 

She has been happily married for many years to her cute best friend, who continues to provide both inspiration and good material for class stories. She believes great communication can change almost anything. Outside of teaching, Tonia enjoys collecting stories, visiting breweries, and attending live music events. 

She is convinced that every moment can be a teachable moment if we can get out of our own heads long enough to learn from the person or experience right in front of us.
